Learning should be fun, with a feast of exciting opportunities to experience. During these precious Early Learning Years, we want to instil a passion for lifelong learning in all our pupils, whilst giving them the freedom to enjoy and experiment, both within the classroom, in our school grounds, and across all areas of school life.
The Early Years Foundation Stage and he English National Curriculum are the foundation stones on which our own spiral curriculum is built. Through this we foster curiosity, risk-taking, exploration and discovery; skills that will remain with children for life.
Against a backdrop of testing and assessment in London Pre-Prep schools, my colleagues and I have a rare opportunity to offer pupils the chance to guide their own learning, offering a holistic and dynamic curriculum delivered on a daily basis.
On its own dedicated site, our Pre-Prep and Nursery school, has smaller class sizes in all year groups from Nursery through to Year 2. We provide pupils with an opportunity to experience a breadth of education that encompasses a creative curriculum, from their first day in Nursery to the end of Year 2. We offer a thrilling array of specialist-taught subjects: sport, music, computing, French, dance and drama, art, tennis, gymnastics, computing and the crucial life skill of swimming.
Most important to me, is the happiness of each pupil. Happy pupils succeed, and place the relationships between staff, children, and parents at the forefront of what makes Fulham Pre-Prep and Nursery tick.
I am extremely proud to lead a team who care deeply about our pupils and have a commitment to finding each individual pupil’s strengths and developing their confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth. I would be absolutely delighted to welcome you and your child to Fulham Pre-Prep and Nursery.
I very much look forward to welcoming you here to meet me, my staff and most importantly the pupils who make the setting the special community it is.
